After his expulsion from the George Brown College of Design in Toronto for drawing on the walls, Kevin Bertazzon made a living from alternative comics, freelance illustration, and the odd acting job here or there.
After seeing his artwork on the walls of a comedy club, Kevin was approached by the biggest computer animation company in Canada at the time offering to train him to recreate his illustrations as 3D imagery in the computer. Fifteen years later Kevin has since relocated to Los Angeles and worked on such blockbuster films as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Star Trek: Insurrection, and Stuart Little as well as such video game titles as Star Wars, Gears of War, and Medal of Honor.
Kevin recently directed his animated CG pilot “HONOR” and the trailer for “ISMS a Faery Mobster Story”, an adult fairytale also available on the App Store as illustrated and narrated story. He is currently writing and developing peculiar animated series concepts with Secret Plan Studios… they’re genuinely not that scared of him.
